bidganehBid Kaneh or Bidganeh (Persian: بيدكنه) is a village in, and the capital of, Malard-e Jonubi Rural District in the Central District of Malard County, Tehran province, Iran. In the southern part of the village of Bidganeh, there is a low, rocky mountain with igneous rocks. According to evidence, during the Sasanian era, there was a sacred fire temple on it, which later became known as the Takht Kikavus.

There are several routes to reach Bidganeh from Tehran or Karaj. The main route is via the Karaj special road towards Safadasht. Then, by entering the Malard-Safadasht road and continuing west, you will enter the Bidganeh region. Distance from Bidganeh to:
Tehran (Sadeghieh): about 45 km
Karaj: about 30 km
Shahryar: about 15 km
Mallard: about 10 km
